Dr. Jeff KleimanD.M.D
I am a native of Philadelphia and a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. I also have an undergraduate degree in engineering from the same University, which explains my strong leanings toward incorporating the latest technology into my practice of dentistry. I have been married for 38 years to my wife Cindy, have two children, and my interests include computers, racquet sports, and the Arizona Diamondbacks, Suns, and Cardinals.
You can be sure that I strive to provide only the best quality dental care possible. I continue to keep up with the latest techniques and ideas, and I feel that this only enhances my abilities. I firmly believe in total patient comfort and satisfaction. I know that most patients are somewhat anxious about dental care; our greatest satisfaction comes from changing that fearful perception in our patients.

Dr. Donald Provenzale, Jr. graduated Loyola University School of Dentistry, Maywood, IL in 1988 at the top of his class, and subsequently entered residency training in Anesthesiology at Illinois Masonic Medical Center, Chicago, IL. At the time, he was given the opportunity to pursue an M.D. degree and continue training toward becoming a board-certified Anesthesiologist. Due to his love for Dentistry, however, he declined the offer.
He then enrolled in the Medical College of Georgia dental implant training program, ultimately leading to being awarded the highest distinction within the discipline of Implant Dentistry—— Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology / Implant Dentistry. He is recognized as a leader in the field of Oral Implantology and has lectured extensively on the subject.
He currently serves as the President of the Central District of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) and as a faculty member of the AAID’s Chicago dental implant training program.

Dr. Richard ShannonD.D.S.
I very much enjoy the technical aspects of restorative dentistry, yet I feel that the emotional/spiritual connection that I accomplish with my patients is the most rewarding aspect of my practice. In an effort to bring a more person-centered approach to the care of my patients and to expand my personal and professional capabilities, I earned a Masters in counseling degree from the College of Education at Arizona State University in 1993. To enhance and maintain the highest level of clinical skills, I have completed extensive continuing education courses, including the prestigious Dawson Center in St. Petersburg, Florida as well as studying with Dr. Barry Glassman of Allentown Pain Center in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
In my spare time I enjoy photography, music, theater, yoga personal training, spin classes, and mud runs such as the “Spartan Runs.” I lived in Flagstaff for almost 20 years. I now live in Tempe. I have served on the Board of Directors of the Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra, as well as the Board of Directors of the Dental Service Corporation – a nonprofit dental insurance company serving the residents of North Dakota. I have also served as an expert witness providing testimony to the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners while serving as a complaint review consultant and peer review clinical examiner for the Dental Board.
I have two adult children: Heather who is a flight nurse in the Sacramento/Grass Valley California area, and Richard (R.J) II who works in construction in the Twin Cities, Minnesota area.
